Our Story

My path to leadership didn’t start in a boardroom. It started inside a fine dining restaurant in Southern California, where I was managing a team of 50 at just 17 years old. From the beginning, I learned how much leadership depends on things we rarely name—reading the room, staying composed under pressure, anticipating needs and leading with empathy and intuition.

That foundation shaped the rest of my career.

As I moved into corporate tech, leading sales teams and coaching team leaders, I started to see the same pattern everywhere: leadership development focused on frameworks, but rarely on the person using them. And yet—those quiet, internal skills are what everything else rests on.

I built Clarity House to change that.

It’s the space I always wished existed: a place to practice the hard parts of leadership before they happen… the moments that keep you up at night.

At Clarity House, we focus on what most leadership programs leave out: emotional regulation, communication, presence, discernment, and self-trust.

Leadership—when done right—doesn’t just drive results. It deepens trust, sharpens decisions, and changes lives.
